Kyle McMullen

Kyle McMullen is a Senior Research Engineer at Wichita State University’s National Institute for Aviation Research. Kyle has 20+ years of experience in the aircraft industry running RTCA DO-160 tests, writing associated test plans/procedures, writing associated test reports, developing /leading quality processes, and includes managing and directing a DO-160 test lab for 10 of those years. He also leads as the Chair of the RTCA SC-135 committee and has contributed to the development of DO-160F, G, and H and DO-357. He has been a member of RTCA SC-135 since 2008. He has recently transitioned into training to become a HIRF and Lightning FAA DER.
