Part of the RTCA document publication process is a Final Review and Comment (FRAC). Documents that are currently in their FRAC time window are posted here for review by other than Special Committee members developing the document.

Comments from RTCA members should be filed using the RTCA Comment Process. Comments from non-members should be provided in writing to the appropriate Program Director for the Special Committee writing the document (see Special Committee pages) before the FRAC Closing Date .
