Ernie Condon
Ernie Condon is a Consultant FAA DER at Wichita State University’s National Institute for Aviation Research with 40+ years of experience in the aircraft industry in the design, certification, and testing of aircraft, including many years as an FAA DER. Ernie has extensive experience with HIRF/Lightning certification of carbon fiber aircraft and state-of-the art analysis techniques for electromagnetic effects. He has contributed to the development of industry standards for RTCA SC-135, SAE AE-4, in electrical bonding, HIRF, and lightning.
