Hotel & Travel
The 2021 Symposium will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Crystal City, VA.
RTCA Symposium participants receive a special discount rate on sleeping rooms at the Hyatt Regency. Rate details and booking link will be posted in the fall of 2020.
Valet parking is available at the Hyatt hotel for $45 per day and on-site parking at the Courtyard by Marriott for $37 per day. More Parking garages are available nearby.
The Crystal City Metro stop (on Yellow and Blue lines) is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
Shuttles to/from airport and metro station to hotel
The Hyatt Regency offers shuttle transportation to and from Ronald Reagan National Airport and during busy seasons, also service to the Crystal City Metro Station.
