Stefan Schwindt

Stefan Schwindt is a Principal Product Security Leader for GE Aviation in Cheltenham, United Kingdom. He supports all current RTCA SC-216 and EUROCAE WG-72 activities and is acting as a chairman for the current ED201A standard. He previously was the chairman for the ED203A standard and was recognised with the RTCA Significant Contributor Award. He also leads cybersecurity activities within the Aerospace Industries Association, AeroSpace and Defence Association of Europe and the ACI Working Group for standards coordination. On behalf of ASD, he supports the European Cybersecurity for aviation Standards Coordination Group and engagement within the European Strategic Coordination Platform. Stefan holds an M.Eng in Aerospace Engineering from UMIST, a D.Phil in Solid Mechanics from the University of Oxford and an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe.
