Philip J. Zaleski

Mr. Philip J. Zaleski is the Counter – small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) Technical Integration Lead and a Science & Technology (S&T) Program Manager for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Information Directorate – Cyberspace Integration and Transition Branch, located in Rome, NY. Within these roles, he manages a portfolio of S&T programs and projects in the areas of C-sUAS, Cybersecurity, and UAS Traffic Management (UTM). As C-sUAS Technical Integration Lead, Mr. Zaleski works with all nine technical directorates across AFRL to ensure that their C-sUAS S&T activities are in-line with ever-maturing Air Force and DoD C-UAS needs and overarching strategy.
