
Martin Boyer
Martin Boyer joined the Greater Toronto Airports Authority as Vice President and Chief Information Officer in August of 2014 where is leading an enterprise-wide IT transformation aiming to enhance airport flows and customer experience. This transformation supported an unprecedent passenger growth and contributed to make, as per the Airport Council International ASQ passenger survey, Toronto Airport the Best Airport in North America (40+ passengers) in 2017, and 2018.
Prior to joining the GTAA, Mr. Boyer held numerous positions throughout his 26-year career with Air Canada, including the overall leadership of major corporate programs leading to the implementation of Air Canada’s new generation of operational systems and the introduction of the B787 fleet. He also held the position of General Manager, Customer Service responsible of the Airline Airport Operation for Eastern Canada.
Mr. Boyer holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Master of Science, Computer and Communications from École Polytechnique. He also has his Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a focus on information systems, from École des Hautes Études Commerciale.
