Payment and Shipping Information


Payment - Prepayment is required for all RTCA documents and must be made in US funds drawn on a US bank. In addition to checks and money orders, RTCA accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment.

Standard Delivery is via First Class Mail or FedEx Ground for the US-Canada-Mexico. International Parcel Post for is used all other countries. Shipping and handling fees are included in the purchase price.

Rush Service is available by including your Federal Express account number and shipping directions with your order. A US $20 Rush fee applies for all same-day orders. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business morning.
