Connect with I-95 South to Baltimore and Washington (from New York/New
Jersey use New Jersey Turnpike to connect to 95 South).
In Baltimore, stay on 95 South to Washington. Approx. 2 miles after driving through
the McHenry Tunnel, take the exit for the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, South. Remain on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway into
DC. The Parkway will become New York Avenue
in N.E. Washington. Continue straight on New
York until it “becomes” K Street heading west. Turn right on 20th Street,
then right on L Street. Park in the PMI Parking Garage on the right. 1828 L Street is on
the right next to the PMI garage.

Connect with I-95 North to Washington, DC. Take I-395 North toward
Washington. Continue past the Pentagon and
exit to the left to the Memorial Bridge. Cross
the bridge; stay in the left lane. Bear to
the left—lane becomes left turn only—turn onto 23rd Street (north), the first
street after the bridge. Follow 23rd to
Washington Circle, take K Street to the right. Turn left on 20th Street, then
right on L Street. Park in the PMI Parking Garage on the right. 1828 L Street is on the
right next to the PMI garage.

Connect with Route 66 East to Washington.
Continue on 66 East into Washington. In
D.C. this will become Constitution Avenue. At
20th Street (approx. the 3rd light), turn left. Follow
20th Street approx. 11 blocks, then turn right on L Street. Park in the PMI Parking
Garage. Note: 66 East from the Beltway into DC is HOV from 6:30 am
to 9 am and is for car pool use only (2 or more people). If
travelling during the restricted hours take 66 East to 495 South to Route 50 East to
Arlington (2nd exit). Continue on 50 East
into DC (approx. 10 miles). When crossing the
Roosevelt Bridge, stay in the center lanes and follow signs for Constitution Avenue. Stay
on Constitution until reaching 20th Street. Turn left on 20th Street, then
right on L Street. Park in the PMI Parking Garage on the right. 1828 L Street is on the
right next to the PMI garage.

- Exit Dulles Airport onto Dulles Access Road east to Washington, DC. Exit the Access Road onto 495 South toward
Richmond. From 495 (after approx. 4 miles)
take the exit for 50 East to Arlington/Washington (3rd or 4th exit—possibly Exit 8). Continue on 50 into DC. When crossing the Roosevelt Bridge, stay in the
center lanes—follow signs for Constitution Avenue. Turn left on 20th
Street, then right on L Street. Park in the PMI Parking Garage on the right. 1828 L Street
is on the right next to the PMI garage. Note:
The Dulles Access Road is a direct road from Dulles to DC via Route 66; however, 66 is a
restricted commuter-only route, i.e., HOV only between the I-495 Beltway and DC. (Car pools
of 2 or more people are required from 6:30 am to 9 am eastbound and from 4 pm to 6:30 pm
westbound. Regulation is strictly enforced.) If not traveling to DC in the morning, the
Dulles Access Road to 66 is available and will merge with Route 50 on the Roosevelt
Bridge.

Proceed west on Independence Avenue to 14th Street, turn right
onto 14th Street and continue to K Street. Turn left onto K Street. Turn right
on 20th Street, then right on L Street. Park in the PMI Parking Garage on the
right. 1828 L Street is on the right next to the PMI garage.

- Exit National Airport onto George Washington Parkway North, toward
Washington. Exit onto Memorial Bridge; cross the bridge to 23rd Street. Follow 23rd to Washington Circle; take K Street
(to the right of the circle). Turn left on 20th Street, then right on L Street.
Park in the PMI Parking Garage on the right. 1828 L Street is on the right next to the PMI
garage.

RTCA strongly recommends taking the Metro Rail from
National Airport to Washington, DC—The Metro Rail’s Yellow Line is available
from National Airport to Gallery Place/Chinatown. At
Gallery Place/Chinatown, change to the Red Line to Shady Grove. The closest metro stop to RTCA is Farragut North
on the Red Line. Exit the Farragut North
metro station onto L Street heading west (left). Continue on L Street past 18th
Street. RTCA is on the left side of the street after Borders Bookstore.
The Metro Rail’s Blue Line to
Addison Road also runs from National Airport. If
you take the Blue Line, exit at Farragut West and follow the directions for the Orange
Line below.
